Prefabricated Galvanized Light Steel Gauge House With Fiber Cement Board:
Prefabricated galvanized light steel gauge house with fiber cement board is designed with light steel gauge structure and with OSB panel as cladding. The roofing is designed with sandwich panel as roof panel and wall is designed with light gauge steel structure with OSB panel as exterior wall panel and gypsum board as interior panel. Between the OSB panel and gypsum board, fiber glass wool is applied as insulation material. Outside of OSB panel is one layer moistureproof material and fiber cement board as decoration panel. Flooring is designed with 2.0mm thick fiber cement board and finished with laminate tiles.
Light steel structure villa is made from light profile steel and Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete (ALC or AAC) panel. It is widely used in North America, Europe and some Asian countries nowadays, and being accepted and popular in other countries all over the world. It is environmental friendly, cost efficient and quick to build, more than 90% of the materials can be recycled. Long life-span without maintenance up to 50 years. Stable and can resist at least 8 grade earthquake and 60m/s hurricane. High utilization ratio and energy-saving, great sound proof, heat insulation and warm keeping.
