Taking the advantage of the knock down design, each componets need to be installed on site. Each component could be hold, raised by workers, during the installtion, a crane is not necessary. So the product CKDCH-0603 is very suitable used at those place. where no allow a crane go inside or not convenient to hire a crane to the site. Also because of its knoc down design, more CMB could be used during the loading.
As the product size is 3m*5.95m*2.8m, with area close to 18m2, have a bigger space compare to the other container houses. In our workshop, a 4 member installation team is able to finish one unit within 3 hours.
Layout:
Introduction of the Wall System
Consists of 0.42mm colored steel sheets on both sides or one 0.42 colored sheet and one 0.42mm stainless sheet, integrated with EPSROCK WOOL etc. The thickness of wall panels is 50mm--75mm. The density of the EPS is 12kgm³, the density of the rock wool is 120kgm³. And the color of the wall is as per the clients’ demands.
