When we talk about container house,the first image striking through our mind might be the containers used for shipping transportation,giving people an impression that containers look clumsy and really easy to get rust,because the joints of container house are usually unable to perform its waterproof capacity in the long wet rainy day.
This transformed container house is the solution for solving the problems of waterproofing and preventing rust.The key point is tenons-mortise mechanism used in the assemble process .By applying this joints structure ,98% water trying to leak into the joints would be prevented.
Furthermore,using tenons-mortise mechanism means the full structure of the container house is out of use of all bolts that are used before .The bolts seem solid and firm, but few of people know about the harm of its application, wrecking the painting. The higher frequency we change bolts,the more damage we bring to painting, expediting the rust.So the damage brought by bolts would come after we try to maintain the joints by repainting. On the contrary, the transformed container house could prevent these harms .
